WELCOME

Welcome to the first edition of our blog. Some of you have been waiting for this and for some of you it is the first you have heard of our adventure. And an adventure it is! For those of you who don't already know, we are packing up our family and moving to Haiti in September to serve with "Mission of Hope" (check out the link to the website on the right). There is a small description of what we each will be doing on the right as well. Over the first few months we are there we will write more details of exactly what we are doing as it all comes together. Mission of Hope is doing amazing work in Haiti and making a difference in peoples lives. Their goal is to come alongside the Haitian people and lead and guide and encourage them to make a difference and to make changes that will grow and prosper the country. We are so excited to be a part of this work and to do it together, as a family. There is a lot of work to be done in the next few months and a lot of changes to come but God has been so faithful in bringing us to this point and we can't wait to see what ways we can work for Him, to be His hands and feet and to show His love to His people. What an amazing blessing that He has chosen US for this task. We can't wait to share it with all of you as you track with us over the next year or so.
